108: Plyometrics


Plyometrics (aka jump training) is the Cardio version of P90X's classic routine. The last time I did it, I almost threw up... so I stayed away from it for a loooong time. Today, I made it through the whole thing! And it wasn't so bad :) I just had to remind myself that I wanna be Super Sonic S-Style Fit!
