112: Kitties!

So my cat and his little girlfriend arrived today! I am now taking care of them for my sister, since she's going to be having a baby soon and won't be able to give these two attention hos enough attention. They were scared out of their wits when they arrived, and apparently cried the entire way from Orange County to San Diego. They spent most of the day in my closet.

109: Rio!

I saw a preview for Blue Sky's Rio today, and I cannot get over how cute it is! I can't stop watching the baby birdy dance and shake his butt. It's too cute.

108: Plyometrics

Plyometrics (aka jump training) is the Cardio version of P90X's classic routine. The last time I did it, I almost threw up... so I stayed away from it for a loooong time. Today, I made it through the whole thing! And it wasn't so bad :) I just had to remind myself that I wanna be Super Sonic S-Style Fit!

107: Keep it Up!

So we went on a hike yesterday to Cedar Creek Falls, which is where Pakie and I did the jump into the waterfall. To get to the waterfall, you have to go downhill about two miles... which means you have to go back uphill for two miles. Some of us had a hard time on the way back up!

Pakie and I jumped off a nice big cliff today... into some freezing cold water!
